SHIPPING POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to supported addresses in the United States. Shipping availability for a specific address is confirmed at checkout.

3. SHIPPING RATES
Shipping is free on every order delivered to a supported U.S. address, with no minimum purchase required. The available shipping method and $0 shipping charge are shown at checkout.

4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed. For most supported U.S. addresses, delivery usually takes 10–15 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. TRACKING
When tracking is available, we will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout after your order has been shipped.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other destination-country charges. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

7. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

8. SHIPPING DELAYS
If your order is delayed, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided with your order. Carrier delays and customs delays are outside our control.

9. DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and a brief description. Clear photos of the item and packaging are helpful when available; an unboxing video is not required. We will review the issue under our Return & Refund Policy.
